In the B2B model, products or services are sold from one business to another and the buying entity is typically an organization or company. The B2B market involves transactions and relationships between businesses that may be involved in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or provision of various services.

In other words the process of selling products and services directly between a business and consumers who are the end-users of its products or services. In the B2C model the end customers are individual people who purchase goods or services for personal use. The online marketplace provides the platform for buyers and sellers to connect and transact.
